Annual eCOI Disclosure
Attention OSU Faculty and Research Staff - 2009/2010 eCOI Disclosure Update
Due to changes in federal reporting requirements and the subsequent modifications required for the Ohio State University’s electronic reporting system, the annual financial conflict of interest online disclosure process (eCOI) has been extended this year to provide investigators and research staff with additional time to complete their eCOI disclosures. All current 2008/2009 financial COI disclosures will now remain effective through October 31, 2009.
The new 2009/2010 eCOI process is now available at https://rf.osu.edu/secure/e-coi.
The eCOI application
- checks the disclosure for completeness
- allows the submitter to attach/upload current conflict management plans (as required)
- identifies the required reviewer and simultaneously routes the form to him/her
- allows the reviewer access 24/7 from anywhere in the world
- maintains a record of the completed forms
